On New Year's Eve, 4 Israelis and 4 Palestinians (two women and 6 men) will be setting sail aboard two single-hull sailing boats from Puerto Williams (Chile) in the direction of the Antarctic Peninsula.

After sailing through famous Drake's Passage, the team will head for Deception Island
(one of two active volcanoes in Antarctica) before sailing along the west cost of the peninsula.

As part of the trip, the team will select a mountain that has not yet been named, which they will attempt to scale and then name. This is an expedition for peace.
