Frenchman Frédéric Chamart-Boudet has a dual challenge
ahead of him: in 2004, he is attempting the route
between Cape Arktichevski and the North Pole,
solo and without being re-supplied.
Next year, in 2005, he will pit himself against
the rigours of the long crossing of the Arctic Ocean,
from Cape Arktichevski to Ward Hunt
in the Far North of Canada, again solo
and without being re-supplied. |
